先生たちへのアンケート調査。

さて今日は先生に向けたアンケートについてご説明しましょう！

今回は、今までに行ってきた先生向けのソーラーシステム授業に関して聞いてみようと思いました。

まずは自分で聞きたいアンケートを作成して、他のアンケート結果から足りない質問を追加。

・・・といっても太陽電池教育に関するアンケートってほとんど聞いたことがないので、似たアンケート結果をネットを使って探しました！

そうして見つけたアンケートとは「富士山登山アンケート」！

Before that, I will introduce how to make questions for teachers.

At first, I made a draft that I wanted to know about the teachers then added questions that were difficult for me to hit upon.

However, I had never heard about questionnaires for solar system education so I quoted a similar questionnaire.

It was about “Climbing Mt.Fuji”!

なぜ富士山登山？と思うかもしれません。

いやいやこれが、ホント似ているんです。ご存じのとおり、勉強ってよく山登りに例えられますよね。

ちょっとアンケートの中身を比較してみましょうか。

I wonder some people may think “Why did you choose Mt.Fuji questionnaires as a reference for your original questionnaires?”

Actually, it’s really similar !

You know, “study” is often compared to “Climb mountain”.

Let’s check the content of each questionnaire.

というわけで、「他に関連して知りたいこと」や、「授業中何を持ってきたか」等気づかなかった部分は富士山登山アンケートを比較して思いつくことができました。

Thanks to the Mt.Fuji questionnaires, I could hit upon some questions like, “What item did you bring for study at this solar class?” and “Please tell me other contents about electrical subjects that you are interested in and any comments about our solar class.”

さてそんな太陽電池教育アンケート結果の中でちょっと気になるところをピックアップ。

全員で9人の教師がいますが、5人の先生たちから回答を得ることができました。

アンケートでは授業後のクラス開講には問題がなかったのか等色々聞いてみました。その結果、3人の先生は今の時間が適切、残り2人の先生が、「今の時間が適切ではない」と回答。

じゃあ、いつならいい？との設問に「休暇中」との回答でした。

理由は、「授業後は多くの先生が疲れているから」とのことでした。

Now let’s pick up one question that I am interested in the result of the questionnaire.

There are 9 teachers in my department and 5 teachers answered my questionnaire.

I want to know whether the class time was suitable for them or not.

3 teachers replied “Yes” and other 2 teachers replied “No”.

So I continued, “Tell me suitable day and time for you”, then their replies are “on vacation”…

One of them answered, “The solar class is good but I would wish it takes place during vacation since after class most teachers are already tired”

実は前々からこの話は聞いていました。

上の画像は授業中に紹介したものです。

「疲れていることはわかりますが、いっぺんに教えても覚えられないでしょ。実際過去に...」という内容です。

「1日に全部やるのではなく、毎日勉強する、練習することが大事」なのは皆さんご存知のことと思います。

そして仮に休暇中に開講した場合、果たして先生方は来るのかどうかということ。

「休暇中に実施しても、どうせ、いつも授業に来ていない先生達は言い訳して学校自体来ないだろう！」

…と決めつけるのはとても簡単。

なぜなら覚えたところで現状、学校で教えても給料はあがらないので、一見、勉強するだけ時間の無駄なのです。

(いつも授業に来てくれる先生方には、学校で教えるのとは別に理由があるのです。)

でも、もし休暇中に来てくれる先生方が本当にいるなら、その人たちにはソーラー発電により興味を持ってほしいと思っています。

I know this fatigue problem.

However, the most important problem is whether they will come or not my solar class if I open the class in vacation…

We can simply say, “They will not come because they must make excuses in vacation!!”

If they come, I should make them more motivated and interested in solar system..

さて、そんな先生方にソーラーに興味を持ってくれる一環として、最近は授業時間中に停電している時は、生徒に向けたアンケート回答を読ませています。

来てくれる先生方は興味津々で読んでくれています。

By the way, in order to help them interested in solar education, I asked them to read questionnaire replies from students when we are in power failure.

They read carefully at my class.
