さて榎本隊員さんとベン校長さんとの会食から帰ってきた昨日の夕方、近所に住んでいる仲の良い先生の家により今週の予定に関して打ち合わせ。
学校にある機材の中で何を学びたいのか。パワーポイント、エクセル、CAD、PLC、ソーラーシステム等々。
この３学期までの休み期間中、先生方は授業がないので、今のうちに色々先生に教え込むことができるわけです。

今日は午前、午後とパワーポイントの基礎を教えました。
文字の入力、フォントの変更、写真の挿入、とプレゼーションのシートの作り方、そしてプレゼンテーションの基礎である「マジックナンバー３」。
一度では覚えられないし、伝わらないので何度でも繰り返し教えていきます。


Yesterday, after coming back my assignment place, I talked with my colleague, my neighborhood and checked what kind of subject he wanted to learn during these 3 weeks.
For example, PowerPoint, Excel, CAD, PLC and solar energy system.
There are no class during the school vacation, so I can teach a lot to the teachers who stay in the school.

Today I taught them a way to make a basic presentation in the morning and afternoon, through how to input words, change fonts, and insert figures.
Also I introduced magic number 3. I know they cannot remember the class content hearing it only one time, so I will repeat the class several times.

前にも書きましたが、この学校にはたくさんの機材が寄付されていながら、先生たちはそれらの使用についていけていないのが現状です。
それはつまり良い機材があってもそれを学生に教えられないということ。
ソーラー発電技術に限らず、時間を見つけて周辺技術も教育し先生方の総合的なレベルの底上げを目指していきます。
(ちなみに写真はProgrammable Logic Controller 略してPLCの実験装置です。）


I've already post on this diary that there are many donated resources in this school, but the teachers don't know how to use them.
It means they couldn't teach recent technology for students...
I want to teach not only solar energy system but also other basic skills for the teachers to boost the education level in this school.
