最近なんだか...
先生向けの太陽電池授業は参加しやすいよう、授業後の午後3時に開講していますが、
ここ最近、先生達の集まり具合がひどいです。
毎日ほぼ時間通りに来てくれる先生は1人。 その後少しずつ増え、3時15分を過ぎて悪びれもせず、 ぞろぞろしゃべりながら教室に来る先生もいます。
そしてそのたび授業は中断します（笑）。
そんな中に数日ぶりに来た先生もいれば、１週間ぶりに来た先生もいて、もう何と言っていいのやら。
Lately, teacher’s attendance in my solar class has been very bad!
I always open my class at 3:00pm after school to help them attend it easily.
Only one teacher always come on time and take class.
Then, gradually, other teachers come and some of them enter the class room chatting and laughing without hesitation even if it’s 3:15pm…
Everytime, I have to stop teaching due to that disturbance
I found the teachers who didn’t come to class in a few days, and a week!
…と、まぁこんなことは予見済み。
実はこの太陽電池授業シリーズの開始前に教育用のウェブサイトを作っており、そこにその日使った資料をアップロードしているのです。
なので、遅れてきた先生には「全部資料載せてあるからホームページみて復習して！」と話して授業を進めていきました。
（ちなみに工業高校なのでパソコンはあります。パソコンを持っていなくてもやろうと思えば勉強できる土壌はあるのです。）
Well, I expected this bad situation before starting the class.
In fact, I’ve already launch the solar class website for teachers and I upload the handout I use in a class every day.
I could say, “Check the website and review the contents!!” to the late teachers!
(This school has a ICT lab so they can study in school even if they don’t have personal computer in their home.)
加えて、今回の授業シリーズでは電気回路シミュレーターLTspiceの使い方も先生達に教えています。
１週間ぶりに来た先生ともなればまた基礎から教える羽目になり、こちらとしてもやる気がそがれます。
そこで「あー、僕、シミュレーターの使い方忘れちゃったなー。Kofi先生教えてあげてくれないかな？」
Furthermore, I teach not only solar system but also a circuit simulator, LTspice in the class.
However, due to some teachers, I have to teach same content again and again...
They helped me to lose my motivation...
Then, I hit upon an idea and said in the class.
"Oh, I forgot the way to use this simulator! Kofi, could you teach it to them?"
と、いつもちゃんと来てくれるKofi先生に事前連絡なく丸投げしました（笑）。
「えぇっ！た・か・さん！」と返事がきましたが、「できる、できる、やってみよう！」と諭して、僕は後ろの席へ。
(日本語で「たかさん」って言うんだよと伝えたら、いつも呼ぶときに使ってくれてます。)
Kofi is a teacher who comes to my class every day.
I asked it to him without any appointment.
"Oh, Ta-ka-san!!" he replied, but "Yes you can do because you are a teacher! Let's go!"
I encouraged him then I moved to the back in the classroom.
するとどうでしょう。
彼はそのシミュレーションソフトの基礎をちゃんと他の先生に教えているではありませんか。
いやぁ、すばらしい！よく見ると僕が教えていない機能も使っていて。
きっと家や学校で復習しているのでしょう。
And Presto!!
He taught it very well to the other teachers!
Fantastic!! He used some function that I didn’t teach him, so he must review it in his house at night!!
I helped some teachers who could not understand the content well.
彼の説明についていけない先生方は僕がフォローしました。
活動期間中の生徒への太陽電池授業に関して、先生がメインで教えて僕はサポートに徹することができればと考えているので、
「先生によっては」順調に仕上がってきているようでうれしく思っています！
Regarding to the solar education in this school during this volunteer activity,
I want them to teach solar energy system to student by themselves and I follow it as a helper.
I feel happy with his achievement today.
